LocalMaker is a local producer discovery platform. It helps users browse listings, inspect public details, and open external navigation links. It does not currently process transactions, coordinate fulfillment, or guarantee that a listed seller will be open, stocked, or reachable at any particular moment.

Availability and pricing disclaimers

Availability colors, opening hours, product lists, and indicative prices are provided as planning guidance only. They are not real-time inventory commitments, binding offers, or guarantees of merchant performance.

If a visit is important, especially over a longer distance, users should confirm critical details independently before traveling.

External links and third-party services

The service may link to external maps, producer websites, or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party content, outages, or route guidance after you leave the LocalMaker experience.

Acceptable use

• use the service lawfully and avoid interfering with the platform or map experience
• do not scrape, overload, or automate requests in a way that harms service availability
• do not submit misleading reviews, false reports, or inaccurate claim requests when those features are enabled
• understand that listing details may change and should be verified independently when the trip matters

Changes, suspension, and contact

We may update, pause, or remove parts of the service as the product evolves. We may also limit or suspend access to protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
